  My main task was to create the visual identities for the projects. I had to design all sorts of items such as: posters, flyers, stickers, logos, badges, on-line banners and even diplomas.

  After studying for more than a year in the "Leaders for the Third Millennium" Educational Program, I started working as a certified trainer at CODECS for Leadership Foundation. Some of my tasks here were:
  - to establish and keep good partnership relationships with the schools and high schools' leading boards;
  - to promote the educational program among the students and to attract and convince them;
  - to teach the modules.
  
  During the training sessions that I've held I succeeded teaching my students soft skills such as: efficiently communication, team-work, emotional intelligence and leadership skills.
